BOOKING TERMS

Booking must be made and paid in advance of the tour, for us to take care of the logistics to assure the best experience and food tasting samples on the day. Payment must be done in Euros.

MINIMUM NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS

Our food tours are run with a minimum of two people. If you booked for a single person and you are the only one for the day, we will contact you by email closer to the chosen date to inform you and suggest alternatives.

CANCELATION POLICY

All our activities run regardless of weather conditions.

Booking cancelations fees:

  • until 24 hours before of the scheduled date: fully refundable
  • less than 24 hours before the scheduled date: non-refundable
  • no shows: non-refundable

FOOD & BEVERAGE TASTINGS

Food and beverage tastings are included as stated in the chosen food experience’s website page. If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy, please inform us when purchasing your ticket. As long as we know them in advance, we will do our best to adapt the tasting samples according to your needs in, within the possibilities of the local food culture and vendors’ stops offerings. In case you didn’t inform us in advance when booking, we cannot assure you food and drinks replacements on the day. 

Vegans are welcome, but we don’t adapt the tastings due to most of the very real places we take you to based their offer on Portuguese cuisine, not offering vegan alternatives.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are only possible to redeem for the food & cultural walks bookings.

 

LIABILITY INSURANCE

The liability regime complies with the general principles of law. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the client, who must ensure their safety.

All the data above is collected so you can get registered in our food and cultural experiences. We collect it to identify and contact you. The name, surname and email address may also be used to answer your requests in the Service. We also use this data for statistical reasons (city, country of origin, gender and date of birth) and for direct marketing (email address). In case you register in an experience supplied by one of our partners, the details above will be shared with them, with the purpose of being registered to their experiences.
You can, at any time, unsubscribe from our mailing list by clicking on the “unsubscribe from this list” link in the end of our emails or by sending us an email, to [email protected], asking to unsubscribe. You may also ask us to modify, delete or access your data we store in our system at any time by sending us an email to [email protected]. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
