Black-eyed peas with tuna

In Portuguese cuisine the concept of fast food is not necessarily linked to burgers, pizza or lasagne. One of the dishes very appreciated by the Portuguese takes five minutes to get ready and could not be easier to prepare. You just need the right ingredients and follow the instructions:

Ingredients (serves 2 people)
1 onion
Half red onion
Coriander
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of black-eyed peas
2 cans of tuna
Olive oil

Salt

Get ready
Drop the chopped onion and garlic in a pan, add olive oil and let it cook. Add the black-eyed peas, the tuna and wrap. Season with a little salt. Aside chop the red onion and coriander. Serve the black-eyed peas wrapped with tuna and on top place the chopped onion with coriander. Drizzle with a little olive oil.

Tip: If you like you can add a chopped boiled egg.
